Our highly trained technicians evaluate all formulation options during this phase to create the optimal final product. The system is then designed to fulfil the desired function and coating material restrictions. The form or variant of the core material is evaluated, along with its particle size, cost, and production requirements.
Tablet Coated Formulations
Study of coating techniques is performed to find out how much of the formulation is released after application. The coating parameters that are studied include layer thickness, process temperatures, spray rates, drying times, and solvent choices. The coating parameters are studied over multiple batches and formulations to produce the optimal final product. Testing may be conducted in-suite during the process or through our quality control laboratory if desired. Every formulation is evaluated to optimize the process and develop a commercially viable product.
